Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders rapidly to ensure the quickest delivery possible. You can cancel your order within 2 hours of order placement or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the package is handed over to our shipping partner, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.

How to cancel your order:

  • Send an email to support@autocure.in with your Order ID and cancellation request.
  • Or, message our support team on WhatsApp at +91 74996 74474 with your Order ID for a faster response.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We want you to love your AutoCure experience. If you receive a product and wish to return or exchange it, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in the same pristine condition in which you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.
  • You must present proof of purchase (such as your Order ID or original invoice).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will issue a full refund or immediate free replacement.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. In such cases, no return shipping fees are charged, and you do not need to return the damaged item back to us once verified by our team.

4. Refund Methods & Timelines

Once your returned item is received at our Mumbai fulfillment center and inspected, we will send you an email/SMS confirming the status of your return request. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately:

  • Prepaid Orders (Cards, NetBanking, UPI, Wallets): The refund will be credited directly to your original payment method.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: Refunds will be made via secure bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will be required to provide your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code) securely to our support team.

Approved refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway processing time.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that standard shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item).
