1. Shipping Coverage & Partners

AutoCure offers reliable Pan-India shipping to almost all pincodes across the country. We partner with industry-leading courier networks via Shiprocket to ensure your premium car care supplies reach you quickly and safely.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays). If there is any unexpected delay in processing your order, our direct support team will notify you immediately.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

We want to make premium car care accessible. We offer FREE delivery on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal standard shipping fee is calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated time of arrival for your package is as follows:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
  • Other Regions & Tier 2/3 Cities: 5 to 8 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally be affected by local lockdowns, extreme weather conditions, or festive surges.

5. Tracking Information

As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a shipment confirmation via email and SMS. This will include your live AWB tracking number and a link to trace the journey of your package in real-time.

6. Failed Deliveries & Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the recipient, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a refund will be processed (excluding original shipping charges) or additional shipping charges may apply to re-route the shipment.
